Your wholesale orders are delivered quickly and securely to your address.

Order Preparation Time:
Wholesale orders are prepared and handed over to the shipping company within 1–3 business days depending on stock availability. This duration may vary for high-quantity or custom production requests.

Shipping Company:
Domestic shipments are made via our contracted courier service [Aras Kargo]. If you prefer to use your own contracted shipping company, arrangements can be made according to your shipment preference.
For international shipments, you must specify your own contracted courier company.

Shipping Fee:
Free shipping may be offered for orders exceeding a certain amount.

Shipping costs vary depending on the weight, volume, and delivery address of the order. The exact cost will be provided by our customer representative during order confirmation.

Delivery Time:
The average delivery time within the country is between 1–4 business days, depending on the shipping company and the destination address.

Shipping Notification:
Once your order is shipped, the tracking number will be sent to you via email and/or WhatsApp.

Inspection Upon Delivery:
Please check the packages with the courier when your order arrives. If there is any damage or missing items, make sure a report is filed with the courier.

Issues identified after delivery must be reported to us within 2 business days.
